Creating a successful adaptation is always a unique challenge. Every novel, every short story, every article or real-life event is different and requires different strategies. 

One thing is the story, You already have that. But what is the movie? Where does it begin, where does it end? Which characters have to be cut. which one do we add? Do we maintain the perspective and scope of the original? and if not, what is the new perspective? What is the concept of the story?

 

The purpose of the adaptation report is to evaluate source materials and offer a strategy for how to adapt them into a movie or a TV-Show.
